Good prices, good service, happy with my food. At first, I wasn’t sure I was going to like it because of the appearance. It was, good diner food, though.

Amazing chicken wings. Great and quick service. Food is honestly incredible. Whole family was happy! We had the chicken quesadilla, meatball sub with sweet potato fries, and buffalo wings. Very impressed. Will definitely be back!

If you think this is just an ordinary Jersey diner, you are SADLY mistaken! I have never seen such quality of food and service out of a 5 star restaurant the way I have seen at Betsy Ross.They were so attentive to my needs (esp bad bc of I have a serious allergy to certain foods). The owner, Tim, personally showed me his kitchen and grill before he made my food on a SUNDAY MORNING!I was expecting a zoo! But no, this was kitchen that was a well oiled machine with a sparkling clean grill. I was blown away and will absolutely recommend EVERYONE to go!Betsy Ross... A Real American establishment where it feels like I'm right at home.

Went for quick breakfast, got french toast with eggs and home fries. Friendly staff, VERY good prices. Food and service were great. Definitely recommend

I have eaten here several times since I moved here, to Oak Ridge (Jefferson Township), NJ 07438, almost 2 years ago and the food is mediocre, just like all of the 'greasy-spoon' diners, this one is a close win. Might I offer my favorite meal there:3 pancakes with banana's and chocolate chips.....it's phenomenal to say the least.

Prices are low, service is friendly. Food is ok, but the fried calamari are really great, light and fluffy. And the burger was cooked right. This place needs a specialty dish though. Just a suggestion!

Food was horrible. Over salted feta,over cooked burger and the cornedbeef hash was worse than dog food. I guess its jyst a hit or miss depending on who is cooking. But will not go back.

Good service. Good food. Good Value. Just your average Jersey Diner. Nothing really separates it from.others, but it was a good experience. Stopped to grab a quick bite for dinner and ate at the counter which is located at the back of the diner. Servers were friendly and working hard to service all of the customers. The diner seemed crowded for a Weds night, but they managed. I would stop again.

Ate there twice. Breakfast was just ok, eggs were tasty, home fries were so so and coffee was not good.

Great food and a wide variety! Take the grandkids there all the time. Everybody can get what they want all day from breakfasts to dinners.

Great diner! We come here often and have had a great experience every time, never have been disappointed. Consistently great diner menu, quick friendly service and clean restaurant. They always get our order correct and the prices are much more reasonable then other diners in the area. The burgers are great, and they have the best onion rings I've ever had!

It Was Saturday evening, the restaurant was almost empty when we arrived, we were two families of ten persons visiting the area on the way back home. We were led to this diner using the Navigation on one of our vehicles. The service and food were great, pleasant experience and the prices were also on point. If I pass by Oak Ridge again, I would not hesitate to stop by again. Good Job.

I love this diner. It's my favorite in the area, and the staff is so friendly. I am at this diner at least once a week, and as a broke high school student, their food very fairly priced. The food is always satisfactory and the portions are perfect. Shout out to Tracy for being my waitress nearly everytime I am there, she even remembers what I normally order!

An unexpectedly pleasant surprise. Ordering the buffalo wings and chicken quesadilla, I felt keeping it simple at a diner is always a safe bet. Not only was the food well beyond any expectations I had before entering, it was presented well with great and timely service. The buffalo wings were reminiscent of the wings I became accustomed to in Rochester NY, crispy with a fair amount of hot sauce. The chicken quesadilla is full of flavor, with a variety of vegetables strategically placed. The prices were exceptionally reasonable. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I eat breakfast here on a regular basis. The service is always friendly and fast. From Pancakes to Eggs always tasteful and delicious.
